General finance manager

Do you want to use your financial expertise to help B-architecten, an architecture firm with more than 100 employees, continue to grow? As general finance manager, you will look after the financial health of our various corporations (B-architecten, B-bis, B-city, B-juxta, ...) and ensure that they become financially stronger.


At B, you will be part of a young, growing, and, above all, very close team. You will have a broad and challenging range of financial responsibilities, including:

  • Management, optimisation and monitoring of inter-company cost structure
  • Budget preparation, as well as its control and monitoring
  • Purchase policy management
  • Follow-up of financial analyses, cash flow and financial liquidity
  • VAT optimisation & declaration
  • Reporting to general management and the Board of Directors
  • Invoice management and accounting linkage


A minimum of experience is not required. What matters to us is your enthusiasm and drive to jump in and contribute to the financial backbone of our office. You can find yourself in the following:

  • Team-oriented, empathic, discreet, communicative
  • Enterprising, hands-on, taking responsibility
  • Strong in figures, knowledge of Excel is a must, knowledge of Wolters Kluwer is a plus
  • An interest in, or having a legal background may be an advantage

Your salary is subject to the conditions that apply to our white-collar workers. You will be remunerated according to a fair and transparent system which you, as finance manager, will be able to contribute to. We also offer you a mobile phone with accompanying subscription, hospitalisation insurance, meal vouchers, a fixed expense allowance and no less than 35 days' holiday. For sustainability reasons, we do not offer a company car, but we do have numerous green means of transport that will get you to your meeting on time.
