We do more than develop buildings. Design is our core business – from door handle to city district – but we equally invest in innovative research, we publish and debate, take our own initiatives and seize opportunities to push the boundaries of our profession.

We are a close group of more than 70 self-managing designers who are heavily involved in the decision making, resulting in clear agreements and transparent consultation structures. Role

  • You will follow up on a challenging public project
  • You will mainly work from the office in Antwerp, but we offer flexible working spaces in Brussels & Ghent too

  • You manage a large team of co‐workers (min. 10 people) and follow up on the project in terms of communication, planning and budget control, rather than designing yourself

BIM process manager - Antwerp

Role

  • You lead the global BIM process and assist the project partners
  • You define, control and follow up the BIM protocol and BIM implementation plan, in consultation with all involved project partners
  • You determine the BIM strategy and specifications per project
  • You check BIM deliveries of all project partners against the requirements of the BIM protocol
  • You monitor the quality and efficiency of the BIM process
  • You define and develop the BIM strategy within the office: internal protocols, standardisation and BIM implementation plan

  • You manage and lead the overall coordination between the various sub-models, based on BIM protocols and execution plans, in support of the project partners
