TV B-architecten-VELD wins architecture competition for the new OCMW Brussels building

We are proud to announce that B-architecten and VELD have been commissioned to design the new OCMW building in Brussels.

Including offices, social housing, a nursery, a commercial space and a passage for emergency vehicles from the UMC Sint-Pieter, the project is characterized by a mixed and intense program. Yet with its pure volumes, subtle material variation and outdoor spaces staged at different levels, our proposal was able to convince by giving the right answer to this specific programmatic mix.
