The arch measures 92 x 13 m and its height varies from 12 m to 6 m. Its light yet urban construction is the beacon for the commercial crossroads between the TIR mall and the Abdijstraat. The fluent lines in the “porch” follow the main lines of the structure. They provide an intriguing and varied play of light on the porch and on the ground. The arch itself is made of galvanised metal parts.
