The design combines a contemporary aesthetic with a smart layout and the use of quality materials. The spacious duplex and triplex flats allude to the city's typical townhouses. They are light-filled and characterised by a wide variety of housing types and layouts. Quality of life is central: special attention is paid to outdoor spaces and meeting places. Residents live peacefully and in a green environment, yet in the heart of the city.

The project will be built future-proof with an eye for energy-efficient measures and sustainable interventions, including heat pumps, solar panels and highly insulating materials. All houses and flats on the site meet BEN standards. In addition, the site will be planted with native flower and plant species and a system of wadis will make the neighbourhood rainwater neutral.
