Located in the quiet town of Olen, on a one-hectare site, eight nearly energy-neutral homes with three to four bedrooms are arranged around a neighbourhood shed and a generous multipurpose square. Built in CLT, each house includes a sunny private garden that extends into a shared landscape with a play area, natural swimming pond and vegetable garden.

The renovated barn acts as the collective anchor of the project, housing a shared kitchen and living space, a co-working area and a sauna. In addition, residents share a covered bicycle shed and a parking area with an electric shared car.
