Co-housing project on a beautiful green domain, built around a renovated Kempen barn for communal use.
In the quiet Meren, on a site of 1 ha, eight BEN homes of three to four bedrooms cluster around a neighbourhood shed and a large multipurpose square. The houses in CLT construction have adjacent sunny, private gardens that open out into the green domain with a communal play area, swimming pond and vegetable garden. In the barn, residents can use the kitchen with a living space, a coworking space and a sauna. Furthermore, the residents share a covered bicycle shed and a car parking with an electric shared car.
