Collective housing
The housing project Mimosa transforms an indeterminate piece of land between roads with a farm into a green high standard living estate offering a wide range of houses.
The existing farm with a heritage value is integrated in the new housing zone and remains a restaurant. The estate consistst of a spacious common garden and two blocks of 23 living units. The first holds 17 flats and the second holds 4 single-family dwelling. The whole of houses, farm and green zone connects to the existing green neighbourhood with park.
