The Pachthoeve project is a historical and architectural gem in the middle of the greenery of Park Drie Fonteinen near Vilvoorde. The old farmstead in neo-traditional style, the coach house and the hunting pavilion will be transformed into a place full of character to live.

The project comprises 11 units with one to four bedrooms. The flats and houses each have a private terrace and/or garden. The old stables will be transformed into a communal swimming pool with sauna. The site also features a shared barn, a cosy courtyard, a coworking space and a coffee bar with a view of the park playground.

All the choices made contribute to maximum preservation and restoration of the heritage. A good example is the facades of the Pachthoeve. For this, we limit ourselves to the local repair of damaged bricks (with reclaimed stone) or strongly weathered joints.

At the same time, our design meets all the contemporary needs of a housing project. We want to realise a sustainable project in which energy efficiency, the use of renewable energy and smart materials are central. Thanks to the extensive renovation, all residential units achieve the E60 standard.
